Waivers
Netbookings has integrated waivers with every module. Waivers are easy to set up — add text blocks for terms and conditions, text-entry fields for answering questions, and Yes/No fields that can trigger a warning if either answer isn't the one you want.
Guests sign with a finger on a smartphone, tablet or other touchscreen — or a mouse on their home computer. Once every mandatory field is entered and signed, the document is encrypted and stored.
Waivers setup
Each waiver can be set to be signed every visit, once a year, or only once. Add text blocks, questions with enterable fields, and Yes/No questions — and mark any question as mandatory.

Staff handling of waivers
Staff see the status of every guest's waiver for the day at a glance: Successful, Warning, Rejected by Staff, or Accepted by Staff. If a guest answers a medical question in a way that triggers a warning, it shows in orange for staff to approve or reject — rejected waivers show in red, successful ones in green.
Guests who haven't yet completed their waiver can be sent a link by SMS or email in a couple of clicks. In some cases guests may need to sign more than one waiver, and if you print waivers, an icon shows which ones have been printed.

Signing waivers
Guests can sign before arrival from their email confirmation, or on arrival on any device — desktop, tablet or smartphone. If a guest hasn't signed beforehand, staff simply click Sign Waiver and hand over a tablet to complete the form.

Tour screen & waivers
The Netbookings Tour screen shows every guest and the status of their required waiver — and can generate the guest's waiver-signing screen or show any waiver already signed.

Less paper, everywhere you operate
Waivers work across tours, entry ticketing and every other module — signed once, stored securely, visible to staff instantly.
