Memberships your way
Membership types
Set up whatever suits your business, for example:
- 2 for 1
- 10 trips for the price of 9
- 20% discount on all products
- Unlimited entry for 1, 3 or 12 months
- Unlimited entry midweek only for 12 months
- Locals discount
- Season passes — common with campgrounds
Members can hold more than one active membership, memberships can auto-renew (ideal for weekly or monthly payers, and for steady cash flow without staff involvement), and they can be paused when a member goes on holiday.
Sell memberships online
Guests can buy a membership online as a gift voucher for themselves or someone else. When redeemed at the checkout with its unique code, it's automatically activated, applies the right discount and is assigned to the guest — no staff needed, saving time for everyone. They can also buy one for themselves through the online shop, activated instantly.
Staff sales & RFID
Staff can sell memberships directly in the Guest screen and assign an RFID tag the guest uses at the reception POS for identification on arrival. Memberships can also be sold on the Netbookings POS, with the guest tapping their card or phone on the EFTPOS terminal.
