Automating the Process

Guests can book online via your website, a channel, over the phone or via email. Netbookings takes the money and transfers it into your account. An instant booking confirmation via email is sent automatically.
A friendly reminder is sent and they come and stay at your establishment. While there, they may enjoy some extra services you provide such as meals, a massage or maybe a tour to a local winery. This is all handled by Netbookings and the guest has a great time provided by you and your experienced staff.
After they have left, Netbookings automatically sends them an email suggesting that they could post a review on your facebook page.
There are many reports both operational and financial for you to use to analyse and market your business.
