Dynamic pricing
Reward guests who book early. Set up advance-booking discounts as "splits" — a percentage off for bookings made a set number of days ahead. For example, a 30-day split takes 10% off any booking created more than 30 days before arrival.
Apply splits selectively by pricing group and tariff — discount weekday rates while leaving weekends at full price — and order them so the right discount always applies. Adjusted prices show straight on the accommodation calendar and sync to your accommodation channels once a day.
From booking to review — automated
- Guests book online via your website, a channel, over the phone or by email. Netbookings takes the money, transfers it to your account and sends an instant confirmation automatically.
- A friendly reminder is sent, then they arrive and stay. While there they enjoy the extras you offer — meals, a massage or a tour to a local winery — all handled by Netbookings and your experienced staff.
- After they leave, Netbookings automatically emails them suggesting they post a review on your Facebook page.
