Accommodation

The accommodation module best suits small to medium size businesses. It supports an unlimited number of price points throughout the year, is mobile responsive and is fully supported by our Dynamic Packaging System.

It has an easy-to-use interface and shows a booking's payment status directly on the calendar. Channel management is also available!

Camping & Hostels

Camping doesn't fit a hotel's room grid, so this module books by area and number of people rather than a site number — with a percentage-full view for each day and a tablet arrival check-in for the front gate.

Suits campgrounds, caravan parks and working farms of every size, handling 500+ guests per area.

Backpackers & Hostels

Dorms are a unique style of accommodation with their own rules — unlimited rooms and dorms, each with its own maximum beds and price points, shown on the same calendar as your hotel-style rooms.

Tours

The tours module enables businesses with limited capacity to schedule their operations — boat charters, dive charters and courses, sea kayaking tours, fishing charters, dolphin swim and whale watching tours, cooking schools and even restaurants.

We provide SCUBA diving businesses with the extra features they need for certification and experience management, and booking agents can log in with an account to make bookings on behalf of their guests.

Hot Springs & Bathing

Hot springs and bathing require a new way of thinking about online bookings. We've developed a time-based system where guests can book online or simply walk in at reception.

Bathing and other wellness activities can also be packaged together.

Entry Ticketing

Guests book online and receive an e-ticket saved to their smartphone, scanned on arrival for quick entry — or they can arrive without a booking, with entry handled by capacity management.

Spa & Beauty

Spa and beauty treatments are a unique part of the tourism industry and need a different way to book. Run all the day-to-day operations of a spa or salon — client bookings, staff assignments, retail sales both online and over the counter via POS.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed online for massages and other therapies.

Gift Voucher Software

Web-based software that lets you sell gift certificates online with immediate delivery by email. Purchasers choose from several delivery methods — email, post and express post — each with its own separately programmed surcharge.

The system has sold over 1,500,000 online vouchers via a fast, easy interface — multiple vouchers can be bought in a few minutes, a great last-minute gift idea. You can also sell vouchers over the phone or at the counter.

Online Retail Shop

Ideally suited to businesses already using one of the Netbookings modules — great to have one system handle all of your online sales and reporting. It can also run as a standalone online shop, with a product image and description for every item so purchasers know exactly what they're buying.

Point of Sale (POS)

The Netbookings POS is fully integrated with the rest of the system, or can run standalone. Touch-screen friendly, quick to learn and operate, and robust enough for busy retail environments such as cafes and gift shops.

It also includes the online shop for managing online sales and deliveries.

Memberships

Build, support and retain clientele with membership levels at different price points and benefits — sold online as a gift voucher or by staff, with auto-renewal and RFID member cards.

Events

Promote and manage an event of any size — guests register online, then have their phone scanned on arrival to gain entry.
