Memberships
The Netbookings Memberships module helps businesses to build, support and retain clientele by offering different membership levels at different price points with different membership benefits. Many large business have benefited from being able to have excellent loyalty programs over the years and Netbookings makes it easy for any size business to archive this level of customer service.

Members can have more than one active membership, for example they may have a 10 visit membership that was given to them as a present and then purchase another membership while visiting.
Memberships can be auto-renewed. This is ideal for guests that would like to pay weekly or monthly instead of yearly. It also suits business operators as their memberships produce a regular cash flow without the need for staff involvement for renewals.
Memberships can be paused if the member is going on holiday.

Membership sales online
Guests can purchase memberships online as a Gift Voucher for themselves or for a friend, colleague and/or loved one.
When the gift voucher (for a membership) is redeemed at the Netbookings checkout by entering the unique codes, it is automatically activated and applies the appropriate discount that the membership is entitled to and assigns it to the registered guest.
This makes it very easy for anyone who has a membership to start using it as no staff member is required, thus saving time for both the guest and staff.
Guests can purchase a membership for themselves via the Netbookings online shop. Sales via this method are instantly activated.

Staff sales
Memberships can also be sold by staff directly in the Netbookings Guest screen, during the sales process, an RFID tag can be assigned and given to the guest which can be used at the reception POS for member identification on arrival.
Memberships can also be sold using the Netbookings POS system at reception with the guest tapping their card or phone on the EFTPOS terminal.
