Booking agents can earn commission of sales 2 ways.
1. Login with a username and password
Booking agents can be setup with a username and password and login to Netbookings. Once logged in the agent can make bookings by entering the details of the guest and going through the payment screen and ticking "Pay on Account".
You then use Netbookings reports to show you how many bookings the agent has made and how much they owe you. You then invoice them accordingly.
2. Link the booking agent web site to your netbookings calendar
When people click on "Book Now" on the agent web site the guest makes the booking and pays with their credit card directly into your account.
You then use Netbookings reports to show you how many bookings the agent has made and how much they are due to receive. You then pay them accordingly.
You have total control of commission rates per agent and whether they are on account or not.
