Send an SMS to alert clients that there may be some special conditions of the day of their booking. This is a great way to communicate instantly with your clients for a specific reason.
Choose who you want to send an SMS to from:
- All people with a booking tomorrow
- All people on a particular tour today
- All people on any tour on Tuesday next week
Some examples:
- There are roadworks planned and guests are advised to use an alternate route via Smith street.
- The wind is now at 50knots and we will not be running today.
- Don't forget your bathers as we are now going to the water.
- Please allow an extra 30mins of travelling time between your appointments for travelling time.
