E-Waivers

E-Waivers are now common place and there are various solutions available, there are common features and there are unique features.
Common features of an online waiver system
- User customisable with text fields, input fields and Yes/No answers to questions
- Guests be able to sign the waiver on a desktop computer, tablet or smart phone (iPhones and Android)
- Guests sign the waiver during the online booking process
- Guest sign the waiver after receiving their booking confirmation by email
- Guests sign the waiver on arrival via tablet
- Staff see the status of waivers per booking
- Staff Retrieve/view any waiver at any time
Netbookings has implimented all of the above features and some extras such as:
- Waiver status by colours, Red: Not Signed, Yellow: Warning (something does not match your set criteria), Green: successfully completed waiver
- During the waiver setup process you can assign warning status to Yes or No answers and also force fields to be mandatory status, ie. must be entered
- Account lifetime storage
- Custom security of personal information
- Option of per booking waiver or duration until expires
- Group waivers by Pricing Group, this means the same waiver can be automatically applied to different booking types

It only takes a minute or so to answer the questions, sign and accept the waiver.
