The Lesser Known Report

Ever wonder what certain buttons or features do witihin Netbookings? The system has evolved to incorporate idioscyncracies that benefit tourism operators around Australia - Reports Automation is one of these features. 

 The Reports section of Netbooking allows business' to display information relating to any Module being used (such as Accomodation or Tours) as well as Financial, Marketing, Online, System and User Specific categories. Within these Reporting categories there are different report types.

Separate to the Reports menu is the Reports Automation setup page. Which allows business' to set up a routine report for a particulary category. For example in an Accomodation business, a daily email could be sent to Front and Back of house staff with Arrival and Departure details. The report could contain guest oriented detail, requirements and notes. 

There is an ability to select different Report types, Cycle of Report (weekly, daily etc) to be emailed and the way the data is reported (whether by PDF, Excel, HTML or raw Data).
