Should we be focused on AI or HI?

You may be wondering 'What does HI mean?'. We have been developing Netbookings for over 25 years, during that time we have endeavoured to build an online software platform that caters to our clients needs to for their guests. 

We are often chatting with them about a particular part of their business that could be streamlined better. It is no coincidence that a week or so later another client wants to talk about the same type of issue/opportunity to either enhance the online experience for their guests or add/optimise a staff function.

This waht we refer to as 'HI' using human intellegence to brain storm ideas to produce a system that that is easy to use while providing staff and management the tools they need to do their job and grow the business. In some ways we are like bees all working towards to health of the hive.

'HI' is used every day by every person, it can be 'fun' and it can be 'tiring', but always fullfilling.

It comes in means forms, you may know a person who can tell joke after joke at a party and have everyone in stitches, you may know someboidy who can calulate maths in the head and some people are great communicators and others are great at music, art or social functions. Either way it all takes 'HI'.
