April brings a significant Google Analytics upgrade, improvements to the Spa and Therapists Calendars, smarter Membership booking controls, and a solid round of fixes. Here's everything that landed this month.
Richer Google Analytics data with new GA4 events
We've expanded our GA4 integration with four new ecommerce events, giving you much richer data on how guests interact with your booking flow. The new events — List Items, View Item, Add to Cart, and Remove from Cart — cover the full discovery-to-cart journey and apply across All Calendars, Find Your Experience, Gift Vouchers Online, and the Online Shop.
Login, Logged In, Begin Checkout, and Purchase events were already in place, so these additions complete the picture from first browse through to confirmed purchase.
To dig into the data, you can build an Exploration in GA4 yourself, or ask our team to share our pre-built one with you.
Spa and Therapists Calendar improvements
The Spa and Therapists Calendar now displays a $ icon on any booking where money is owing and the Owing switch is active — making it much easier for staff to spot outstanding balances at a glance without having to open each booking.
We've also added a direct link to the completed Waiver in the expanded booking screen on the Therapists Calendar, so therapists can pull up waiver details quickly without having to leave the calendar view.
Membership bookings now respect membership dates
Membership bookings are now restricted to within the duration of the membership. This prevents bookings from being made outside valid membership dates, keeping your schedule clean and ensuring guests are only booking when they're actually covered.
Reports updates
A few useful additions to the Reports area this month. The Financial > Discount Usage report now has an Exclude Zero switch, making it easier to cut through the noise and focus on discounts that have actually been used. The Booking Notes report has a new switch to select Res Notes. In Marketing, the Private Bathing Items Sales report has been renamed to Voucher Item Sales to better reflect what it covers.

- Marketing > Customer by Booking Type showing errors with special characters in guest names — fixed
