May's releases bring useful additions to the Accommodation Calendar, more flexibility for your website's Find Your Experience page, a handful of handy reporting columns, and a clean round of fixes. Here's what landed this month.
Bedding status now visible on the Accommodation Calendar
The Accommodation Calendar now shows a bed icon on any booking where the bedding configuration has been changed from the default. At a glance, your housekeeping and front desk staff can immediately see which rooms need special attention — without having to open each booking to check.
This pairs nicely with the Accommodation > Arrivals & Departures report, which already includes a bedding column. That report can be set up to email automatically to relevant staff each day, so your housekeeping team has everything they need before they start their rounds.
More control over Find Your Experience on your website
You can now opt to show a 'from' price on the Find Your Experience page, so guests see indicative pricing before they click through. This helps set expectations early and attracts guests who are already comfortable with your price range — reducing drop-off further into the booking funnel.
You can also choose to hide the duration from listings. For businesses where session length isn't part of how you sell — think spa treatments, entry ticketing, or experiences where duration isn't the point — this keeps your page cleaner and focused on what matters to your guests.
Both options are available in System > Setup > Settings > General.
Guest contact details in the Member Usage report
The Marketing > Member Usage report now has a Show header details switch. Turn it on to include guest contact details in the report header — handy when you need that information alongside usage data without having to cross-reference another report.
Reporting additions
A few useful column additions across reports this month. The Accommodation > Arrivals & Departures report now includes a Visits column showing the number of previous visits for each guest — great for identifying returning guests and tailoring your welcome. The Marketing > Booking Details report has a new Discount column, making it easier to see discount usage alongside booking data in one place.
